Amendments to the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Elementary Educational Subordinate Service .

[ G . O . Ms . No . 204 , School Education ( EE1 ( 1 ) ) , 15th November 2019 , Aippasi 29 , Vikari , Thiruvalluvar Aandu - 2050 . ] No . SRO B - 5 / 2020 . - In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India , the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Elementary Educational Subordinate Service ( Section 48A in volume - lll of the Tamil Nadu Services Manual , 2016 ) :




The amendments hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the following dates :

1 . Amendment 1 shall be deemed to have came into force on the 19th June 1989 .
2 . Amendments 3 ( ii ) and 6 ( ii ) shall be deemed to have come into force on the 27th June 1989 .
3 . Amendments 3 ( i ) ( b ) and 6 ( i ) ( b ) shall be deemed to have come into force on the 7th June 1999 .
4. Amendments 2 ( i ) ( a ) , ( b ) , 3 ( ii ) ( a ) , ( b ) and 6 ( ii ) ( a ) and ( b ) shall be deemed to have come into force on the 27th June 2003 .
5 .Amendments 3 ( i ) ( c ) and ( ii ) ( c ) shall be deemed to have come into force on the 22nd September , 2007 .
6 . Amendment 6 ( i ) ( a ) shall be deemed to have come into force on the 25th July 2007 .
7 . Amendments 2 ( i ) , ( ii ) ( c ) , 3 ( i ) ( d ) , ( ii ) ( d ) , 4 ( i ) , 6 ( i ) ( c ) and 6 ( ii ) ( c ) shall be deemed to have come into force on the 25th July 2008 .




8 . Amendment 6 ( ii ) ( d ) shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th November , 2011 .
9 . Amendment 4 ( ii ) shall be deemed to have come into force on the 2nd March , 2017 .
10 . Amendment 5 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 18th May 2018 .
11 . Amendment 3 ( i ) ( a ) shall be deemed to have come into force on the 20th May 2019 .
