Under sub section 2 of section 12 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act , 2009 ( Central Act 35 of 2009 ) , the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby specifies the per child expenditure incurred on education by the State of Tamil Nadu for the year 2021-2022 for classes from LKG to VIII as stated below for the purpose of reimbursement to private schools :
